In what is quickly becoming the most glamorous royal date night of the year, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are set to attend the BAFTA Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Feb. 10. The royal couple previously attended the awards - which are the UK equivalent of the Oscars - in 2018 and 2017, and Prince William made a number of appearances solo before that.
Prince William is president of BAFTA (the British Academy of Film and Television Arts), which makes the couple the guests of honor at the star-studded ceremony. Last year, William and Kate (who was pregnant with Prince Louis at the time) watched as the likes of Sam Rockwell, Allison Janney, Frances McDormand, and Daniel Kaluuya walked away with awards. This year, nominees include a whole host of international film talent. The unique BAFTA rising star award (the only award voted for by the public) has a history of predicting superstars of the future, and this year is no exception. While we wait to see who's victorious at this year's awards, take a look back at William and Kate's previous BAFTA moments ahead.
