Netflix's The Haunting of Hill House is one of those great shows that one half of you wants to go on forever, while the other, smarter half knows that it's best to let it end in peace. Despite the fact that a second season of the horror-drama is unlikely, we don't have to say goodbye to seeing the Crane family alive and well on the streaming giant (well, technically) - Victoria Pedretti, who plays Nell Crane, has just been cast in the second season of You.
After the show experienced a surge in popularity after switching from Lifetime to Netflix, fans of You have been desperate to find out what deranged serial killer Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) is going to get up to next. So far we've heard that the show is moving from being set in New York City to Los Angeles, where Candace presumably runs off to after confronting Joe inside Mooney's at the end of season one and filling him in on the fact that - Surprise! - he didn't succeed in murdering her after all. Or, at least, it seems that way. Joe has been known to hallucinate quite a bit, so we won't be sure until the show returns.
Now, Netflix has confirmed through its See What's Next Twitter account that Pedretti will play a key character named Love Quinn (yes, LOVE QUINN) in season two: "Haunting of Hill House breakout Victoria Pedretti landed the female lead in @YouNetflix Season 2. She plays Love Quinn, an aspiring chef who doesn't care about social media. She's also tending to a deep grief - so when she meets Joe, she senses a shared knowledge of profound loss."

Based on that one tweet we already have a ton of questions. What "profound loss" has she experienced? How will Joe stalk her every move if she doesn't have social media? Is he really and truly over Beck? Will we ever figure out which You writer is responsible for coming up with the name "Love Quinn"?!?
A premiere date for the second season has yet to be nailed down, but we can likely expect plenty more stomach-twisting antics from Badgley's Joe (and Love!) come 2019.
