Dubai is literally climbing to new heights — the largest and most populous town in the Emirates has Burj Khalifa, 2716 ft (828 m) skyscraper, which is the tallest building in the world. And now Dubai decided to break their own record, building a 3044 ft (928 m) high observation tower.
