Noah Cyrus has four - yes, four - new tattoos. Celebrity tattooist JonBoy (who has also created works on Hailey Baldwin, Kid Cudi, and Travis Scott) recently posted photos of ink he did on Cyrus. The new pieces include three word tattoos on various fingers (one of which is in Japanese) and a handwriting tattoo on her left wrist.
