Amy Schumer is sharing yet another relatable peek into her life as a first-time parent. The 37-year-old comedian and her husband Chris Fischer welcomed their son, Gene, into the world on May 6 and have been on the newborn roller coaster ever since. Amy's outfit of the day includes her breast pump, and she, sadly, had to put up with mom-shamers after she started doing stand-up again. For better or for worse, she and Chris are both getting a crash course in raising a baby in 2019.
On May 24, Amy shared an Instagram snap of another parenting first with her baby boy: bath time. Amy and Chris stood on a towel for the picture with Gene wrapped up, and what appears to be a Fischer Price 4-in-1 Sling 'n Seat Tub in the background. "First bath no problem," she captioned the photo, but Chris's wet shirt and her soaked sweatpants might be telling a different story. Hey, it's all an adventure, and Gene looks happy as can be with his bottle! They're definitely doing something right.
