Matthew McConaughey Ranked His Romantic Comedies, and the Winner Comes as No Surprise

Long before his career renaissance - sorry, McConaissance - Matthew McConaughey was a romantic-comedy king. It all really began with 2001's The Wedding Planner, and his last true romantic comedy to date is 2009's Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. McConaughey has since gone on to pick more challenging and critically acclaimed roles, like in Dallas Buyers Club and True Detective, and even won an Oscar for the former. So, you know, good for him.

On a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, however, McConaughey was faced with the difficult task of ranking three of his most well-known rom-coms from best to worst. To no surprise, his 2003 classic with Kate Hudson topped the list. "How to Lose a Guy - you mentioned it earlier saying how much it's on - that film has been my greatest mailbox money of any film. It is always on! There's always this great little check that shows up in the mail."

So with that out of the way, McConaughey revealed how he truly feels about Failure to Launch and The Wedding Planner. See how he ranked them, ahead!
