After several weeks of rumors flying in every which direction, Cardi B confirmed on April 7 in her performance on Saturday Night Live that she is, in fact, expecting her first child with her fiancé Offset. The award-winning rapper debuted her pregnant belly during her performance of her song "Be Careful," which was her second time on stage for evening. The cameras, which were on her face for most of the time, quickly panned down to give the audience a view of her baby bump.
Christian Siriano, the designer who crafted Cardi B's gorgeous dress, was quick to congratulate the mom-to-be on Twitter, writing, "Congratulations to my girl @iamcardib, new baby on the way! You looked stunning tonight in custom Siriano on @nbcsnl it was an honor."
