Each month we look forward to finding out what new movies and TV shows are going to be arriving on Netflix, and we can already tell that April is going to be full of amazing things to watch. Although the full list doesn't come out until tomorrow, March 20, we can reveal that one of the many movies you'll no doubt be binging next month is . . . Friday Night Lights!
The 2004 film starring Billy Bob Thornton as Coach Gary Gaines is what eventually inspired the hit TV show, which ran from 2006 to 2011. Few things can make up for the fact that Netflix is no longer airing the series, but this comes pretty close. And hey, look at it this way: you'll be able to watch every inspirational Coach Gaines speech on a loop as many times as you want. How else are you going to get through this last bit of Winter?
